About the event
We will go through the whole process of slicing sponge to your preferred shape and size. Filling with your choice of preserve and cream, then finishing off with a flavoured Swiss meringue buttercream we will make together. Then comes the decoration, using piping, fruits, flowers, candied fruit, nuts anything you fancy to create your bespoke cake! You will then take your cake home to enjoy.
Please bring an apron with you.
